Educational Trips

Educational Trips

The school organises a number of educational trips for students throughout the academic year. These include trips to art galleries for art students, trips to plays for English and Irish students, trips to science events (BT Young Scientists) and career related trips. There are also historical, geographical and cultural educational trips organised by the school. TY students go on many trips. Most years they do the walk to the Cliffs of Moher with Patrick Sweeney. This year they have gone on an educational trip to the Aran Island.

There are also fieldtrips for history, geography and science.

Unfortunately due to Covid the number of educational trips will be much less this year than in normal years.
