First Year Students’ Wellbeing Bonding Day
Yesterday, Thursday, September 12th, our first-year students enjoyed a Wellbeing Bonding Day at the Pavilion from 8:55 AM to 3:45 PM. The day was themed around their life journey so far and how best to approach the next phase.
The event was facilitated by our dedicated teachers, Ms. Slattery, Ms. Murphy, and Ms. O’Donoghue, along with our amazing 5th-year peer mentors. The day was filled with activities, including games, presentations, and time for reflection. It concluded with an exciting Kung Fu lesson from Mr. Alan George.
A huge thanks to everyone involved and to the Pavilion for providing such a brilliant setting. This time for wellbeing and bonding will undoubtedly help our first years make the best start at Mary Immaculate. We are delighted to have them with us on this next phase of their journey.
